We’re moving to an online method to collect the rent! Effective immediately you can pay your rent via email transfer. You will receive a personalized email address where to send the rent. If you have not received your personlized letter with the transfer instructions please email us at info@rosopm.com
Your bank will require a Security Question, and an Answer when prompted to do the transfer. In the same letter from the landlord you will receive that information.
Example of steps to be done online (TD Bank, all the other banks have a similar process):
Here is a possible scenario (TD Bank example, other banks are vey similar). Select
- Login into your online banking and select Interac e-Transfer
- Add a recipient for your Interac e-Transfer (one-time process only)
- Fill out the recipient name :ROSO PM Monthly Rent
- Enter the email, Security Question, and Answer as per the letter.
- After the recipient has been added, select the Transfer Funds
- Select the From option: your banking account, the To option: ROSO PM Monthly Rent, specify your rental amount.
- Submit the payment.
This new payment method provides you with the following benefits:
- You do not have to write cheques monthly,
- You do not have to provide post-dated cheques,
- You do not have to pay for stamps, envelopes, or cheques,
- You do not have to reveal your personal banking information,
- You do not have to sign any banking documents,
- You have a permanent record on your bank statement of every payment,
- You can view your payment history through your bank statement.
